If it has been more than six months since your last date of service with us, our policy is that you will need to complete a new matching appointment. The purpose of this additional matching appointment is to ensure we have the most accurate clinical assessment of your unique needs, goals, and preferences to ensure high quality matching. You can book a new matching appointment through our website booking link, or you are welcome to email our Care Coordination team and we can send the booking link via email.
If it has been less than six months since your last date of service with us, you can restart care by sending the following information to support@twochairs.com:
- Any updates to your clinical preferences (therapist identity, cadence of meetings, etc.)
- Your current availability to meet with a therapist
Once we have received your request, we will enter you back into our matching system and you will receive an email from us once a new match is available.
