Do you submit claims to my insurance for me?

In-network insurance:

We will bill you for any portion of care that is your responsibility (i.e. any copays, deductibles, or coinsurance), but we will submit claims to your insurance for the remaining amount of the session. Note that if there is a change in your insurance or your insurance provider pays out your claims differently, you are responsible for the amount not covered by your insurance. 

Out-of-network insurance:

If you have enrolled in our insurance support service, we may be able to submit claims to your insurance on your behalf for direct reimbursement. However, if Two Chairs is not able to submit to your insurance company on your behalf, we are happy to provide superbills for you to self-submit for potential reimbursement.
