Time slot works, but you can’t attend the date of the first session
If the timeslot you were offered would typically work for you, but you have a scheduling conflict at the time of the first session, you can reach out to support@twochairs.com and we can push your start date to the next scheduled session. You will receive a brand new match email with the new start date on it, so be sure to confirm your match on the new email by clicking the “Confirm Appointment” button.
Time slot works, but you can’t attend the date of the first and second sessions
If the time slot you were offered would typically work for you, but you are traveling or otherwise unavailable during your first and second scheduled sessions, please contact support@twochairs.com. Our platform only allows us to push out your start date by 1 week if you have weekly scheduled sessions (or 2 weeks if you have bi-weekly scheduled sessions), so if you know you will be missing multiple sessions, we will need to place you back into the matching system to be matched with a therapist and a time slot that aligns with your current availability.
Time slot doesn’t work, but you’d like to keep the therapist you were matched with
If the time slot you were offered would not work for you, you can reach out to support@twochairs.com and we can work with you on next steps. Please be mindful that there is a chance the matched therapist will not have another time slot to offer that aligns with your schedule. If this is the case, you may be placed back into the matching system to be matched with a new therapist that has an open time slot that better fits with your schedule.
