I'm having problems confirming my match.

If you are having trouble confirming your match, it may be due to these following reasons:

Match expired: 
Unfortunately, if the match is not confirmed within a certain amount of time, you will need to be re-matched. You will need to reach out to support@twochairs.com to receive a new email once we have found another match/time slot that fits with your schedule.

Conflicting Google Calendar event:

If your match has not expired and you are still not able to confirm your match, it may be due to an error occurring with your matched therapist’s calendar. Please reach out to support@twochairs.com so we can connect you with your matched therapist to find a solution.

If you’ve lost access to your match email, you can find a link to confirm your match by logging in to your account on twochairs.com. If you’ve never logged in before, you will need to sign up using the email address associated with your account.
