You can cancel your appointment up to 48 hours before your scheduled therapy session without a fee. If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment, you will be responsible for a $125 fee. Please be mindful that even if you only pay a copay for your sessions, our no-show fees are still a flat rate of $125.
To ensure the continuity needed for high-quality care, you are allowed 4 missed appointments (cancellation or no shows) every 6 months (Jan-Jun, Jul-Dec). Our detailed cancellation policy can be found here.
