I never received the link to join my appointment.

Start by checking your email inbox, spam, and promotions folders for an email from Two Chairs. Be sure to check the email address you signed up with initially. Within that email, there will be a link to join your session.

If you are still unable to locate that email, please give us a call or send an email to your therapist asking them to re-send the link. There is a 10-minute window allowed for navigating technical issues before your therapist will need to move forward with canceling or rescheduling. This is intended to allow the client their full session time and to ensure sessions are not shortened due to technical delays.
