We invite you to review our tips for a successful teletherapy session to help you ensure your tech is properly set up ahead of your appointments.

However, we understand that sometimes technical difficulties may prevent you from joining your meeting. Our Care Coordination team has limited capacity to help troubleshoot technical issues, but if you are unable to resolve your technical issue using the above tips, please give us a call at 415-202-5159 and we would be happy to look into the issue and coordinate rescheduling if appropriate.
