Start by checking your email inbox, spam, and promotions folders to see if your therapist or our Care Coordination team have reached out regarding scheduling. Though we always aim to be ahead of issues that disrupt therapist attendance, occasional unexpected changes may occur and we are most likely to reach out first via email. Be sure to check the email address you signed up with initially.
