What is a mental health check-in?

Your mental health check-ins allow you to reflect on important information about your mental health and help your therapist better customize your care and track your progress in therapy. The mental health check-ins monitor your general well-being and track your relationship with your therapist and your experience in-session.

These questionnaires provide important and helpful data to your therapist about your therapy experience and symptom progress, and further help inform treatment length.  Here at Two Chairs, we believe strongly in evidence-based practice, and mental health check-ins are a core component of measurement-based care. Not only do they help us ensure we are delivering the highest quality care possible, their use has been clinically proven to improve overall outcomes of therapy by providing consistent, objective insight into your care journey.
