What are the benefits of seeing my mental health check-in data/graphs? What do the mental health check-ins measure?

Depression (PHQ) and anxiety (GAD) symptoms and your quality of life (QOL) changes over time. The goal is to help you understand how you’re progressing in therapy.

We believe that empowering clients with their own data supports positive change in their therapy progression —giving you a better sense of the problems you’re coming into care with, allowing you to set goals more easily and having a consistent source of information about how you’re doing.

We hope that showing mental health check-in data will prompt internal reflection, learning, and a live conversation with your clinician that supports the work being done in your sessions.
