Out-of-network clients: Feel free to log in to the Client Account to obtain your statements (if you do not already have an account, you’ll need to create one using the email address you originally signed up with).
In-network clients: If you enrolled in insurance support when booking your matching appointment, we will email you a copy of your statement for your records after each appointment. If you did not enroll in insurance support and need a copy of your statements, please reach out to support@twochairs.com.
Please note: In some cases, emailed statements will list a $0 amount paid regardless of your copay. Should you need a copy of your statement that accurately reflects your copay billed, or if you run into any other difficulties, feel free to contact support@twochairs.com.
