Logged in client experience from start to end

Once logged in, you can navigate through different parts of your experience:

  • Today: See what tasks to complete before your next session
  • Journey: Track your progress in your mental health journey
  • ? Icon = Support: Reach out to our Care Coordination team for help
  • User Icon = Account: Manage payments, view upcoming or past sessions, explore your care team, etc.

At the bottom of the screen, you will see additional resources and information. The 'Today' tab is the default home page.

Today Tab

You can view what stage you’re currently on in your Two Chairs care journey and what tasks (if any) you have to complete. Before you’re matched with an ongoing clinician, you’ll see a view of your Insurance and Payment information. Once you are established in care, you’ll see the total number of sessions you’ve attended and details for your upcoming session.

Additional details you may see are:

  • Task list to complete (if applicable) which can include: completing mental health check-ins, accepting matches, viewing your care journey, joining sessions, updating your schedule, etc.
  • Appointment details (if applicable)
  • Care team (when available)
    • Care team members will appear once you have been matched to a therapist.
    • If you are a psychiatry client, your psychiatrist’s information will appear after the initial assessment is booked.
    • If you are in both psychiatry and therapy, both clinician profiles will be displayed.
    • Note: Care Team will only be shown on the Today tab before your first ongoing therapy session. After that, you can find information about your Care Team in the Account Tab (viewed as a User icon - 4th tab at the top of the navigation bar)

Before Match

After Match (Ongoing Care)

For clients starting in care, this is where you will view what current stage you are at within your care journey. Chronologically, you will view:

  • Steps to take before and after your 1st appointment.
  • Steps to take if you missed your 1st appointment.
  • Waiting to be matched to a clinician.
  • Matched clinician notification.
  • Steps to take if you did not accept their match within the given time window.

After you attend your 1st session, confirm your match and proceed to attend more sessions, you will continue to view what steps to take before your upcoming session on this tab.

Pre-Care Routine

We developed the ‘Today’ tab to act as a recurring pre-care checklist to have your action items all in one place before every session. This checklist will change depending on the stage of your journey, but after you’re established in ongoing care, this checklist will re-populate the following items in preparation for your next session:

  • Complete your check-in: a link to your mental health check-in survey will appear on the day of your appointment
  • Review your results: after you’ve completed your mental health check-in, you can review your results on the Journey Tab so that you can discuss your progress with your therapist
  • Join your session: 10 minutes before your sessions starts, a link to your session will appear so that you can join the session straight from your account

Journey Tab

You can view a snapshot of your week-over-week progress based on your mental health check-in results — this display will change and grow as you continue along your care journey. The longer you’ve been in care, the more information we can show you.

After your 2nd session
You’ll see a Snapshot of how you’re doing compared to the prior week

? Icon / Support Tab

You can click on the Support tab (viewed as a question mark "?" icon) to access our Client Help Center articles, ways to contact our Care Coordination team, or to get emergency help.

User Icon / Account Tab

Here, you’ll be able to see your account information, including:

  • Account
    • Name, Pronouns, Gender Identity
    • Insurance Information (to update, please email support@twochairs.com)
    • Payment Information (with the ability to update your payment information)
