How can I cancel or reschedule my matching appointment?

To cancel your matching appointment, you can email us at support@twochairs.com. If you would like to reschedule, please give our Care Coordination team a call at (415) 202-5159 and we can work with you to find a better time.

Please note that cancellations or reschedules are allowed up to 48 hours before the appointment’s scheduled start time with no fees. If you are an out-of-network client requesting to cancel or reschedule your matching appointment with less than 48 hours before the appointment’s scheduled start time, you will be responsible for the full session fee.
